I have 3yrs of experience in project management and administrative support. In my most recent position, I served as a Learning Program Manager. Alongside learning program responsibilities, I supported project coordination and administrative functions to maintain scope, timelines, and follow-through.
This included

Learning Program Management & L&D Systems

I have four years of experience in learning and development roles. In my most recent position, I served as a Learning Program Manager within an organization that did not yet have an established learning department.

Over a two-year period, I built the learning program from the ground up. Due to the organization’s early-stage structure, I was responsible for both program management and sole course development.

This work included

  1. Establishing the learning program structure and workflows. (master curriculum 5 year plan)
  2. Implementing and administering a learning management system.
  3. Designing and developing course content and learning materials.
  4. Managing timelines, priorities, and delivery.
  5. Coordinating with a frellance graphic designer to support visuals.
  6. Supporting course launch and ongoing system maintenance.

Summary

This work established a fully functional Learning & Development program where none had previously existed at DarkSky International. In prior roles, I led the rollout of point-of-sale (POS) and HRIS systems training across 400+ Big 5 Sporting Goods stores, and developed and delivered sales and technical training for 40+ Living Spaces locations.

Marketing Operations & Content Delivery
I have four years of experience in marketing operations and content delivery roles. Alongside marketing and content responsibilities, I supported project coordination and administrative functions to maintain scope, timelines, and follow-through.
This included
  1. Supported marketing and communications teams through high-volume content production and delivery, contributing to the release of 150+ completed video assets over the course of my career.
  2. Managed production workflows, schedules, revisions, and approvals to ensure assets were delivered accurately and on time.
  3. Frequently assumed responsibility for project organization and scope control due to inconsistent leadership oversight.
  4. Supported digital initiatives by coordinating requirements, timelines, and handoffs between stakeholders.
  5. Ensured consistency and reliability across deliverables in fast-paced, under-documented environments.
Summary

Reached audiences all over the world and brought organic traffic through video campaigns with over 1 million views. One of my films has over 300,000 views.
